UPDATE: due to low participation numbers, dex summer school 2023 had to be canceled! We will return in 2024!
dex summer school started in 2009 and was successfully continued since then with more than 200 young water professionals from more than 15 different countries. In 2022 the dex summer school will be held in Rottenbach/Austria at the premises of dex member VTA. The 2023 program follows the strategy of maintaining basic lectures enriched with new topics of interest. All teachers are internationally well recognised academics with long term scientific and practical experience in the field of
their lectures and beyond: A unique opportunity.
The content of the course includes: advanced scientific background, state-ofthe-art technology, experiences and practical aspects for the design and operation of sewer systems, wastewater treatment plants, sludge treatment and energy management.
